LAPC meets on the second Wednesday of every month, except in August when there is no meeting. Meetings start at 7.30pm and are held in either Luckington Village Hall or Alderton Village Hall.
In May, the Annual Parish Meeting takes place at 7.00pm followed by the Annual General Meeting.
Members of the public are welcome at all meetings. Indeed we encourage you to come along. At the start of each meeting there is an opportunity to raise issues you feel LAPC can help with. You can then choose to stay to observe the rest of meeting, particularly if you have an interest in particular agenda items.
Business is conducted in LAPC meetings according to a defined set of rules. These are the Standing Orders which you can download here.
