LAPC manages and funds the cutting of most, though not all, grassed areas in Luckington, including the main village green and the back village green. Areas managed by LAPC are shown in yellow on the Grass Cutting Map.
Grass cutting commences in March and ends in October. Cuts take place at least once per fortnight. Other grass areas in Luckington are managed and cut by Wiltshire Council or Luckington Primary School, including some that overlap with our areas. LAPC currently has no responsibility for grass cutting in Alderton.

If the issue relates to areas managed by Wiltshire Council, you can report it here. The grass cutting contract for 2025/26 was put out to tender in the autumn of 2024. LAPC appointed Ryan Russell Estate Maintenance. In accordance with the Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities (2015), the contract is available to view below.
