LAPC is organising another tidy-up session of the community cemetery on Sherston Road this Saturday 31st October to get it in good shape for the winter. Please come along with your garden tool of choice to help out! The more the merrier! We are starting at 10am and finishing at noon.

The agenda for the LAPC meeting to be held on Wednesday October 14th is now available here. Supporting papers are now also made available with the agenda, to provide councillors and the public with background information relating to agenda items.

At the meeting in July 2015, LAPC adopted a Website Policy which describes how and what information will be made available on this website. The policy also outlines how LAPC will comply with the new Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities. 

One of the changes the Website Policy introduces is the need to make available more information on issues to be discussed in advance of each LAPC meeting. This includes any relevant correspondence LAPC has received from members of the public, Wiltshire Council or any other organisation we have contact with.This information will be published on this website as a matter of course, with the meeting agenda.

Before publishing, sensitive personal data, i.e. postal addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers, will be removed.
